Important Notice
When using the robot in the V2.12.3 environment and switching the controller to use V3.4, a manual reboot is required after the initial boot.
This procedure is necessary for optimization following the restoration because the robot's unique parameters were changed to improve accuracy. If the reboot is not performed, the robot may malfunction.
Key Features
Dart-Platform
Improvement of the backdrive screen and pop-up Previously, each axis had separate OFF / ON controls, but it was difficult to intuitively determine whether the brake was engaged or not. The controls have been changed to Release / Hold, and an axis in Release is marked in red to visually indicate danger.
Warning messages added:
- Robot arm may fall by gravity when the brake is released.
- System needs to restart after entering Back Drive mode.
Enhanced error management during program execution
- Error message windows now also display the error occurrence time.
- The line number of the program where the error occurred is displayed.
Full system log export System Log Export has been modified to allow exporting the entire system log.
Remote Control optimization Pop-ups shown during Remote Control caused resource load and degraded the user experience, so the existing pop-ups have been changed to list output.
License error troubleshooting enhancement Additional information is now displayed in the license error popup to help identify the cause:
- Whether the licensed robot matches the actual robot
- Whether the license key is valid
- Whether the location from which the license was obtained is valid
Robot Dynamics
- Increased the number of parameters used in stop calculations to enable more accurate stop time and stop distance measurements.
- Improved vibration performance for models M1013, M0617, A0912, H2515, H2017.
- Added a Power Clamping function to enable smooth motion during high panel operations in 100V ~ 220V environments.
Bug Fix
- Fixed an issue where motion changed unexpectedly during Task to Joint blending.
