Starting Your First Pallet

Pallet Preparation

Press pallets tightly into the corner(s) of the palletizer. The system will not place boxes until the corner sensors detect a pallet. To verify sensor status, check the I/O screen.

Pallet Setup

Select a pallet recipe from the dropdown menu and use the Load checkboxes to choose which side(s) to load. The "Boxes Present" counter displays the current pallet status.

Starting the Cycle

Press the green START button to begin palletizing. The robot will pick boxes as they arrive at the pick point, and the "Boxes Present" counter will increment with each placement. To halt the system, press the red stop button. The cycle will complete the current placement before stopping.
