Safety Scanner Functionality

The robot automatically adjusts its operating speed based on safety scanner input. When a person or object enters a monitored scanner zone, the robot slows down accordingly. Once the obstruction is removed, the robot resumes normal speed without manual intervention.

Scanner Configuration

A standard palletizer is equipped with four safety scanners. Depending on the system configuration, these may include floor area scanners, vertical wall scanners, or a combination of both. Refer to the system documentation for the specific scanner layout of your unit.
