Purpose

• Below are the instructions for configuring the router within the legacy controller.

Scope

• Legacy Controller
  • For M/H/P-series: CS-01(AC), CS-01P(AC), CS-02(DC)
  • For A-series: CS-03(AC), CS-04(DC)
  • For E-series: CS-05(AC), CS-06(DC) -> need to check

Accessing the Router Setting Web Page

Accessing the Setting Page Using Web Browser

• Default IP address of router gateway is set 192.168.137.1.
• If it has been changed the address of router gateway, you cannot access the router gateway setting page. You need to check the IP address of gateway in advance.

Login to Router Setting Web Page

ID and Password

• The router of controller box is two models(ZIO-1509N, ZIO-2509N) and each model has seperated ID and Password. (Usually controller boxes manufactured after August 2018 has ZIO-2509N)
• ZIO-1509N / ID: 1509N, Password: 123456789 ZIO-2509N / ID: 2509N, Password: 123456789

Setting the Router Mode

• For ZIO-1509N and ZIO-2509N, the menu is same.
• Click “무선 인터넷 설정“(Wiress Internet Setting).

• On the “관리자 설정“(Administrator Setting) section, select “동작 모드 설정“(Operation Mode Setting) menu.
• There are three modes and the default mode is “공유기 모드“ (Router Mode). Select the mode and click “설정 적용“(Apply) to apply to the selected mode.
  1. “공유기 모드“(Router Mode): Router Mode operates with a small capacity router. In this mode, several devices share IP address to use Internet. At the same time, it is used to establish a network between devices conneted to the LAN Port.
  2. “허브 모드“ (Hub Mode): Hub Mode extends the number of LAN port like USB Hub device. As more devices are connected, the network spped is proportionally slower.
  3. “무선 WAN 모드“ (Wireless WAN Mode): Wireless WAN Mode is used to connect wirelessly between the routers. Received wireless signals from wired/wireless router and to send signals to LAN Port.

Setting the Router Network Mode

• In the “관리자 설정“ area, select “내부 네트워크 설정“

• “공유기 내부 IP 주소“(Router Internal IP Address): This is the main IP address of router. When the external device and router are connected, this IP address is used. And this IP address is also used as the gateway IP address of the internal devices.
• “서브넷 마스크“(Subnet Mask): Sub-network(subnet) is a logical sub division of an IP network and Subnet Mask is used to distinguish between Network Identifier and Host Identifier.
• “DHCP 서버“(DHCP Server): DHCP(Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) is a network management protocol whereby a DHCP server dynamically assigns an IP address and other network configuration parameters to each device on a network so they can communicate with other IP networks.

• “DHCP 주소범위“(DHCP Address Range): Range of IP addresses.
• “DHCP IP주소 임대 시간(초)“(DHCP IP Address Lease Time(sec)): Maximum lease time of IP address.
• “도메인 명“(Domain Name): Define Domain name of the router. Any name registered in the DNS is a domain name.
• After changing Network setting, click “설정 적용“(Apply) to apply to the selected mode.
