[DART-Studio] System Version Guide

Purpose

• This guide is intended to verify that robot configuration parameters are displayed correctly on the System Version screen in Dart Studio.

• If critical values such as Hall Sensor or Motor Offset are missing, this information serves as the basis for determining whether EasyDSP work is required and enables prompt support requests.

• Doosan Robotics robots with Legacy / NGC controllers

• Performed while the robot is successfully connected to Dart Studio

1. Prerequisites

• Robot and controller power ON

• Dart Studio launched and successfully communicating with the robot (Online status)

2. Procedure to Check System Version Information

2.1 Accessing the Menu

1. Launch Dart Studio

2. Click the toggle in the area displaying the robot serial information, as shown in the image below

3. Enter the System Version screen

This screen displays the system version and inverter version information. You can check the robot model, robot serial number, and sub-controller versions.

Q. How can I check the robot serial number?

A. The serial number of a Doosan robot can be found on the product information label attached just above the 2nd joint.  Please make sure that the Serial Number displayed in Dart Studio exactly matches the serial number on the robot body label.

2.2 Items to Check

On the System Version/System Info screen, verify that all of the following items are displayed with valid values:

• Board Version

• SW Version

• Motor Index Offset

• Hall Sensor Sector (especially J5)

• Other robot / inverter-related versions and parameter items

※ On a normal robot, all fields must be populated with valid values (no empty fields).
※ The images below show examples where all robot information has been loaded correctly.
※ To check the Hall Sensor Sector values, click the toggle for each joint.

2.3 Criteria for Abnormal (Missing) Status

If any one of the following conditions is met, the status is considered “Abnormal (Missing)”:

• The item value is displayed as blank
• The item is displayed as ----, N/A, or similar, indicating no actual value
• Only some joints have missing values

2.4 Actions When an Abnormality Is Found (Mandatory Capture)

1. Capture a full screenshot of the System Version screen
2. Organize the missing items using the format below and request support from the service department
