Scanner Monitor
The safety scanner monitor indicates the current status of that scanner or group of scanners. The scanners on the front, left, and right are one group and the rear scanner is the other group. In the group, the front scanner is head 1, the left scanner is head 2, and the right scanner is head 3. The rear scanner, the only scanner in its group, is head 1.
When the scanners are not blocked, the monitor will be green and display the words 'normal operation'. If one of the scanners in the group is blocked, the monitor background will be red instead of green. The light on the scanner that is blocked will also change from green to red.
On some systems, the scanner monitors are inside the electrical cabinet.
Viewing Obstructions
Press the button on the right to view the current items seen by the safety scanner. This can be used to troubleshoot a scanner that reports being blocked when nothing is blocking it.
The blue lines indicate where the system sees an obstruction, with the scanner location in the top center. The range of the scanner is 8.4 meters (27.5 feet).
If the scanner group as multiple scanners, press the second button, labeled "Head" to cycle between the views. The label at the top indicates which scanner is currently being shown.
Error Messages
When one of the scanner groups has an error, the monitor will turn red and indicate which head in the group has the error. Press the Error button for more information.

Dirty Window
If one of the scanners has dirt, smudging, or something resting against it, an error may appear stating that "Window may be polluted or damaged." In this case, thoroughly clean the scanner surface with a soft cloth, making sure to reach all crevices around the back. Make sure no cables are running along the scanner surface.
